LocalPCP is a directory of public records. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, does not book appointments and is not a referral service. In an emergency call 911.
No endorsement
A listing is not an endorsement, rating or verification of credentials. Confirm every detail with the practice and your insurer.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, submit false information, or use listings to harass anyone.
