Review policy
How LocalPCP will collect, moderate and publish patient reviews.
Status
Reviews open once moderated submissions are activated for this site. Until a moderator publishes a review, no rating appears on a profile, and ratings are never imported from other sites.
What we will publish
Genuine reviews of a real experience, positive or negative. Reviews are rejected only for a reason stated here: spam, conflicts of interest, threats, hate speech, personal health information about someone else, or content unrelated to the physician.
Fairness
Reviews are never hidden, delayed or previewed for practices that pay us, and practices cannot buy removal (FTC 16 CFR Part 465). Practice responses must never confirm that someone is a patient.
