Claim your free profile
How physicians and practices claim a LocalPCP profile, verify it and publish practice details.
How claiming works
1. Find your profile with the search below, by name, city or NPI.
2. On the profile, choose “Claim this profile”. Give your name, role, work email and the practice’s official HTTPS website. One request can cover up to 50 physicians in this directory.
3. A moderator independently verifies your identity and authority. Claiming is free.
4. Once approved, the profile shows “Claimed by a verified representative” and you can publish practice details: whether you accept new patients, telehealth, languages, website, online booking link and a short description. Each update is moderated and labeled as practice-supplied.
What claiming does not do
A claim never hides, delays or removes reviews, never changes search order and never changes NPPES or CMS facts. Practice responses must never confirm that someone is a patient.
Registry details
Addresses, phone numbers and specialties come from your public NPPES record. Updating NPPES is the fastest way to correct them; this directory refreshes from each new CMS monthly file. Medicare activity comes from the CMS 2024 provider/service file and can be corrected only with CMS.

Claims, reviews and practice updates open once moderated submissions are activated for this site. Each profile’s buttons show the current status.
